So, I may have mentioned that I think I suffer a little bit from short attention span. So I have decided to do challenges - short ones - over the year. I have a friend's 29th birthday coming up on the 15th Feb and that leaves me with 5 weeks(ish) to get a challenge or two going. There's a thirty day pilates challenge that I would like to do. I want to spice it up with a walking challenge. I would like to walk 5kms at least twice a week.
